The admissions process is an important step in determining the best fit for your family. Below is a step-by-step guide to applying for admission to All Saints Catholic School.
Step 1: Please gather the following documentation to upload with your application.
For all grades:
- Birth Certificate
- If a child is born outside of the United States, a copy of the student's visa will be required.
- Baptism Certificate (if Applicable)
- Immunization Record * (No Affidavits are accepted.)
- All Saints Physical Exam Form (Please ask your pediatrician to complete the All Saints Physical Exam Form with the results of the latest annual checkup which must be within the last 12 months. The form must include both hearing and vision screening results.)
- Families are responsible for providing complete (and compliant) vaccination records at the time of student application to ASCS.
- All Saints Catholic School follows the Minimum Immunization Requirements from the
Texas Department of Health Services and The Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops - Education Department.
*Immunization Record: (provided by the child's physician) must include the health care provider's signature or stamp, month, date, and year (must be dated within the last twelve months).
For 1st - 8th grade:
- Most recent official Report Card
- Official Final Report Card for last year
- Last year's Standardized Test Scores ( if applicable)
- This year's Standardized Test Scores
- Teacher Evaluation Form ( be prepared to include the teacher's email who will be completing the form)
- Accommodation Plans (if applicable/most current plan within the last 12 months)
**Only complete application packets including all supplemental forms, will be considered to proceed with the admissions testing and family interviews.*

Step 2: Schedule an admissions testing date.
Admissions testing takes place on campus at All Saints Catholic School, and typically takes 45-60 minutes (Kinder - 8th) or 10-15 minutes (PreK-3 & PreK-4) to complete. Admissions testing will be scheduled after applications are submitted.
Step 3: Schedule a family interview with the principal.
Families who have completed the following steps, will be able to schedule the family interview:
- A complete application has been submitted
- All required documentation has been provided and approved
- Student has taken the admissions test
Principal interviews take place on campus at All Saints Catholic School and typically take 30 minutes to complete. The applicant must be present with at least one parent.
Step 4: Receive a decision.
Admissions decisions are sent by email on Friday, March 13, 2026.
