Maria Isabel is a native of Lisbon, Portugal, but an American citizen as well. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University in 1969 and a Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science from the University of North Texas in 1985. She has been a member of All Saints since its beginning in 1976. She has worn many “hats” as a parish community volunteer, but her priority commitment has been the founding and directing of the Library Ministry since 1978.
