Visual Arts

Students at All Saints in grades PreK3 through Fourth grade have art twice each week. Fifth-grade students who choose art as their elective class meetup to four times a week. Fine Arts is also available as a two day/week elective for Middle School students. Middle School Students also have the opportunity to enroll in our digital photography/yearbook class. These students photograph and assemble our yearbook as well as learn about the elements of and design aspects of digital photography. Additional art programs available for all students include Artsy Adventures which is an after-school enrichment program held on Mondays and Spring Art Fest which the whole school participates in.

Students keep their hands and minds busy in the Art classroom. They are critical thinkers and problem solvers every time they come to Art.  All Saints Catholic artist projects cover the elements of design, principles of composition, periods of art history and various artists.  Students are exposed to a variety of two-dimensional and three-dimensional media; such as marker, colored pencil, chalk and oil pastel, various types of paint, clay, fiber arts, and wire and paper sculpture.
