Vanessa De La Ossa is a strategic finance and sustainability leader with more than 20 years of experience helping global companies turn bold ambitions into real capital solutions. As Director of the Sustainable Solutions Group at ING Capital, she originated over $9 billion in sustainable labeled financing across consumer goods, packaging, real estate, and energy — working at the intersection of capital markets strategy and meaningful environmental impact. Vanessa's career spans roles at ING Capital, Commerzbank, and J.P. Morgan, where she built a reputation as a trusted advisor to multinational clients navigating complex financing decisions. 

Vanessa is passionate about developing the next generation of finance professionals and giving back to her community. She volunteers with All Saints Career Ministry, supporting services for job seekers in their professional journeys.

Vanessa holds a Master of Public Administration with a Finance concentration from New York University and a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina. She is based in Dallas, Texas with her husband and two sons.
