Dr. Christy Matthews

Christy has over 25 years of experience in psychology, education, counseling, and assessment. She has worked in schools, private practice, research, and nonprofit organizations, helping children, adolescents, and adults identify their strengths and achieve their academic, personal, and career goals.

She earned her Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
