Sam has worked in engineering and supply chain for manufacturing firms for over 15 years focusing on new product development, improving process and quality of products, project management, and coaching. Sam has been involving in a hiring process for engineering, quality, production planning, and materials purchasing positions for operations. He has been a volunteer to help job seekers and college students creating resumes and preparing for job interviews/internships for San George Catholic Church in San Antonio. Sam has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He is also Lean Six Sigma Black Certified. Sam also like biking, hiking, playing tennis and soccer, reading, and traveling.
