Cristina Rivera has over 20 years experience in HR and HR technology, and is a life-long learner. She leads the Future Ready Workforce initiatives for PepsiCo, and is on the leadership team for the Women's Inclusion Network for PepsiCo North America.  

Cristina is a certified mediator and Hogan coach, and is often engaged in mentoring inside and outside PepsiCo's walls. She has a passion for elevating talent to their fullest potential and has been part of the All Saints Career Ministry since its inception.
