Tracy Voegtle

Career Ministry office: 972-778-0322

Tracy has a passion for helping others discover and identify God’s plan for their lives, and seeking to be ALL that God created them to be. She is blessed to be able to live out this passion as the Career Ministry coordinator, a position created for her to help the All Saints community in October 2020, sensing the needs of our community in the midst of a pandemic.

Tracy has always been interested in helping people. She studied Psychology at Texas A&M University, then went on to obtain a Masters in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She worked in HR/Recruiting during graduate school for a major telecom company. Her first jobs following school were for the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Being passionate about community health, she pursued a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from UT Health Science Center, while working full time. She next worked as a Manager of Health Outcomes for VHA, Inc. leading a team to help hospitals identify, achieve and measure their clinical, financial and operational goals.

After relocating to Georgia for her husband’s job, she continued with VHA as a contractor, and worked in their Georgia office with a more operational improvement role. She next began her own Mary Kay business and achieved the position of Sales Director, then Senior Sales Director by helping women in their leadership roles. Upon moving back to Texas, Tracy chose to focus on responsibilities of raising three boys and coordinating all their many activities and sports in addition to volunteering for her kids’ schools and giving back to her new community.

Tracy has a heart for service, and volunteers in many roles including PTA Board positions with boys’ schools, such as Healthy Lifestyles and Community Partners Chair. She’s also involved in church, having taught religious education, been volunteer Director for Vacation Bible School (VBS) and started a Christ-centered after school club at her kids’ local elementary school. Another Board position was for the Pastoral Advisory Council (PAC) at All Saints Church where she was instrumental in identifying ways her church could best serve the community, including identifying the need for the Career Ministry, which she researched, initiated and grew, culminating in her taking on a staff position at All Saints.

She is married to Mike, an Architect and is a cheerleader, “taxi driver” and life coach for her three boys. In her “free” time, she pursues her love of cycling, tennis, and anything active outdoors.
