Religious Education Materials and Forms

 

 

NOTE:  On Religious Education Registration Day (May 1, 2011 or August 21, 2011), please have all of the following:  

  • a completed registration form,
  • a copy of your child’s/children’s Baptismal Certificate,
  • a Sacrament Form for 1st Reconciliation/1st Eucharist & Confirmation
  • a check for the registration and sacrament fees (if applicable) payable to All Saints Catholic Church. 

Registration is on a first come basis and preference will be given to Catechists’ children
